Behind founding NWIS, pioneer efforts were made by JEO Capital Management and its founding partner Ms. Mashael Isa Fairooz.
JEO Capital Management is a boutique investment advisory firm established in 2015 in the Kingdom of Bahrain with a mandate to provide high caliber transaction advisory, financial consultancy and business development solutions which enable its client to achieve long term financial, economic, and operational vision. JEO and its team has extensive experience in the K-12 education space and has assisted their clients across the value chain of education projects beginning with ideation, licensing, construction, operator search, equity financing, debt financing, and culminating with the final market launch.
JEO garners the trust and reputation from its Shareholders & investors by maintaining the highest standards of ethics, transparency and dedicatedly continues to contribute toward education and develop avenues that will foster human development and welfare.

We are sincerely grateful for the lord’s grace enabling us to realize this initiative and exceptionally eager to celebrate the heights our students will go on to achieve. At NWIS, neither are the skies a limit for our students!
